ZARAH GAERLAN, BSN, APRN, NP-C

In Nevada, Dr. Murphy specializes in cosmetic injections, face and body contouring, advanced facial treatments, PRP therapies, and laser treatments as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She has more than 10 years of experience in nephrology nursing, and before establishing her own clinic she worked as a Nephrology Nurse in hospital and clinic settings for almost 10 years. She received her Master’s degree in 2017. She went on to study Advanced Aesthetics where she discovered her life’s work. She is an expert in cosmetic injections and operations. In September 2021, she became a member of the NIMA crew.

SUSANNA BARMAKIAN RE, LME, CLT, MLSO, CPT

Since 2002, Susanna has worked as a licensed and practicing electrologist, esthetician, laser technician, medical laser safety officer, and certified phlebotomy technician. She was born in Melbourne and has spent the past 15 years there. Before moving to Las Vegas, she was the founder of a full-service boutique medical spa that pampered its well-established clients for 15 years and was named the region’s “Most Upscale Pampering Spot” by Boston Magazine. Susanna has also worked as a clinical trainer and on the Cynosure International Laser R&D team.

Amy Thorne is a Medical Laser Safety Officer and an expert instructor in cosmetic surgery and laser therapy. She’s been a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Associated Skin Care Professionals, The Cellular Medicine Association, and The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery for a next decade. Suanna applies a scientific method with a holistic and rhythmic approach; she is an Ayurvedic Reiki Master from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, Dr. Hauschka holistic care certified, and has appeared on WCVB TV in Boston as well as in the Boston Globe.
