It uses chemicals and what is essentially a mini curling wand to lift and curl your eyelashes semi-permanently. The benefit of this is that it does the job of mascara without having to put on mascara. It’s a mascara look without the mascara mess. Pretty great, right? Plus, it looks much more natural looking than eyelash extensions. Another benefit of lash lifts over lash extensions is that when your eyelashes grow out, they don’t just fall into your eye like eyelash extensions. They just grow like they normally do and as they grow the do loose the lift and the curl. This can take anywhere between six to eight weeks. At that point you will need to get the lash lift redone if you want that look again. This is not unlike lash extensions. However, you with a lash lift, you won’t have to do deal with the fake lashes falling into your eyes.
