Matt began his professional career as a corporate attorney, and in 2004, transitioned to entrepreneurial ventures and launched what is now one of the countries most successful medical spa chains; Elase Medical Spas. In 2009 Matthew launched a second national laser chain; Simplicity Laser. NIMA is the culmination of over 13 years of experience operating and growing medical spas. His financial and legal expertise provides valuable insight for NIMA courses and consulting engagements.

Jennett is one of the most respected and sought after medical aesthetics instructors in the industry. As a national trainer for several manufacturers, Jennett is passionate about cosmetic laser education. Jennett began her career as a laser technician in 2007 developing a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her extensive industry experience, her in-depth knowledge of medical aesthetics and her talent for teaching are all assets she uses as the National Training Director for all NIMA.
